Customer satisfaction is of utmost important to us. However, to discourage return of the goods for no valid reason, it has become necessary to formulate a proper return and refund policy.
Products are returnable, if you’ve received them either in a damaged condition or in defective state or is different from the description provided on the ‘product’s detail page’ on thewebsite. However, valid return needs to satisfy the following conditions –
1. The purchased goods are returnable within 48 hours only from receiving the said goods.
2. The Customer shall record a detailed unboxing video and send us the same at the time of initiation of the return process.
3. If the goods are returned for the reason of ‘damaged goods’, then the customer shall be entitled for refund of entire MRP of the product along with the delivery charges of the said product.
4. If the goods are returned, for any reason other than ‘damaged goods’, then –
a. such returned goods shall not be in used, damaged or broken state;
b. in such case, the customer shall be entitled for refund, after deduction of 25% towards administrative costs, from the MRP of the product returned;
c. The delivery charges shall be borne by the Customer and shall not be reimbursed.
5. If the goods returned for any reason other than ‘damaged goods’, are found in used, damaged or broken state, the customer shall not be entitled for any refund.
6. We shall solely decide whether the goods returned by the customer fall under our valid return policy.
7. We will initiate the refund process within 3 working days from the date of return, if the same falls within our valid return policy.
8. The return policy does not apply to or is unavailable for the goods sold under specific SALE events (e.g. Diwali Sale, Independence Day Sale, etc.)
9. We do not have a replacement policy. The Customer will have to initiate a new Order for such returned products, whether the goods are returned for reason of ‘damaged goods’ or for any other reason and falling under our valid return policy.
